Andrei has multiple Years of experience as an entrepreneur, founder, and executive at multiple companies in the IT & Digital Marketing Industry, namely being the Founder of Terra Digital (Romania), IT Mall (Estonia), and Like-Media (Republic of Moldova). Prior to his experience as Founder of mentioned companies, Andrei has worked for over 10 years in traditional financial services, initially in banking before moving to corporate development. Andrei spent six years in financial markets working as Internal Auditor in Banking Industry and as CFO in the Corporate sector. Andrei holds an economics and finance degree from Romanian University.
Eugen Sofroni — Chief Technology Officer
Eugen is DevOps, CTO, and Architect in cloud services. Eugen has a degree in electronics engineering with more than 15 years of experience in communication systems development, data analysis, data center technologies, ERP design, and IT network architecture. His expertise includes:
* Expert in Data Center technologies (Odin, Juniper, F5, Jelastic, Spam Experts Local Cloud, Open Xchange App Suite) at MoldData IS — the biggest data center from Moldova

Vadim Jeleascov — Product Manager
Vadim is the Product Manager at TalkEarn and Chief Executive Officer at Simpals Factory (the leading IT company from Moldova), with 15+ experience in developing, managing, and creating innovative solutions in IT and Software Products. He has multi-year experience in strategic business consulting, Information Technology and project management, socio-economic cost-benefit analysis, policy design as well as held executive positions in the past.
Vadim is skilled in Wireframing, User Stories, Government Procurement, Management, and Agile & Waterfall Methodologies. Strong business development professional with a License degree in Information Technology at State University from Tiraspol.
His role is to make himself irrelevant by converting TalkEarn into a fully decentralized organisation with an active open source ecosystem around product management, development, and operations.
Iurie Cristea — Software Back-end Engineer
Iurie is the Software Engineer at TalkEarn and Senior Python developer at Simpals (the leading IT company from Moldova), with 10+ experience in software development.

He is the Tech Marketing Manager and Marketing Strategy Developer at TalkEarn and as a true polymath, he has experience leading a team of content creators, designers, developers, marketers, and technologists to develop sustainable products and deliver them to the community.
Evghenii has 10+ years of marketing and advertising experience, working at various times (sometimes all at once) as a creative, strategist, and business leader. He has set up advertising agencies, built multidiscipline marketing teams for brands and agencies. His passion for Marketing became a career in Marketing. Anastasia Berzoi — PR Director
Anastasia is a PR director and a social media director, with a strong experience of almost 10 Years at Simpals (the leading IT company from Moldova). She has actively participated in developing commercial and social projects. As a PR director, she established and maintained over a decade of a successful relationships with impressive communities from Moldova. She was actively involved in projects with strong social impact, such as the National Marathon, the Implementation of online schools on the national level, Government Procurement, and many other social and commercial projects.
